The Chief Judge of Rivers State, Justice Simeon Amadi, has certified two newly registered private Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) centres to enhance the swift dispensation of justice and reduce the backlog of court cases.
The certified centres, Praeclarus Alternative Dispute Resolution Services and Harmony Arbitration, Mediation, and Peace Building Centre, are both based in Port Harcourt.
Justice Amadi, speaking at the certificate presentation held over the weekend at the High Court Complex in Port Harcourt, urged the new ADR centres to uphold the highest standards in their operations.
