The Independent National Electoral Commission says it has remained silent on the crises rocking the Rivers State House of Assembly due to conflicting Court judgements.
Chairman of INEC, Mohammed Yakubu made this known in a statement on Friday.
According to him, the conflicting judgements have prevented the commission from conducting bye-elections to fill vacant seats in the House, including that of Late, Dinabari Loloo who represented Khana II State Constituency before his death.
