The Speaker of the Rivers State House of Assembly, Rt Hon Victor Oko-Jumbo today received the National Councils Forum of Nigeria (NCFN), in audience at his office in Port Harcourt.
The delegation which was led by its Director General, Alhaji Sani Haruna Ada, said their visit was intended to foster a synergy with the upper legislative arm.
The outcome of the visit was a strengthened resolve for collaboration and strategic partnership.
