Rivers Assembly Speaker Attends Conference of Speakers Meeting in Abuja

Factional Speaker of the Rivers State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Martin Chike Amaewhule, on Thursday, attended the meeting of the Conference of Speakers of State Legislatures of Nigeria, held at BON Hotel in Abuja.

This was disclosed in a statement by Martins Wachukwu, Special Assistant on Media to the Speaker, Rivers State House of Assembly.

He said Hon. Amaewhule, engaged in discussions aimed at enhancing the effectiveness of legislative institutions in addressing governance challenges and promoting democratic values at the State level.

The event brought together Speakers from State Legislative Houses across Nigeria to discuss key legislative issues and promote collaboration among the States.
