The Rivers State House of Assembly has inaugurated a 5-man committee to collaborate with security operatives and the state Ministry of Works to put an end to the stealing of manhole covers in the state.
Speaker of the Assembly, Rt. Hon. Martin Amaewhule inaugurated the committee during plenary Today.
This was after one of the lawmakers, Denebari Lolo drew the attention of the House to the menace.
The committee was given three weeks to carryout the assignment.
