Sacked Caretaker Committee Chairman of the All Progressives Congress in Rivers State, Tony Okocha has described Governor, Sim Fubara as a clueless governor who rushed too early to challenge the purported defection of the 26 Rivers Assembly members.
Okocha, made this known in reaction to a court ruling which dismissed a suit by the APP to unseat the lawmakers.
Tony, who hailed the court ruling said even if the matter is taken to the International Court of Justice, the outcome will be the same.
Part of the statement read,
“You hear that they flaunted APC flag and honoured my invitation to be Guests to APC Caretaker committee, organized Thanksgiving at the polo club.
If they were wise and knowledgeable, they would have stumbled on the word “gimmick”.
We are masters in the game.

What is the proof of membership of Party or an organization?
Affidavit is not one source to prove membership.
Flaunting of flag of a different party on the floor of anywhere (in this case, the hallowed chamber of the RSHA) is unknown to law as indicating that the one has defected.
What is the concrete proof?
Take this matter to the International Court of Justice in the Hague, the result will be same.
The PDP Rivers loyal to clueless Governor Sim rushed out too early.
Anyone that rushes into engaging in an afternoon fight ends up with blisters in the mouth.
In their vaulting desperation, they will advise the rudderless Gov. Sim to invite Justice Apriko to overrule the Supreme Court
Ugochinyere ikenga, the Hon. commissioner of information and strategy to Gov. Sim Fubara is already on the loose.
What did Gov. Fubara do so badly to lose the support of 27 out of 31 members of RSHA in a split second?
Why did he lose the confidences of the 23 Elected Chairmen of councils, who were his Chief collation officers in their respective LGAs?
Apart from Bonny and Opobo/Nkoro, understandably so.
Shouldn’t he have beat a retreat and sue for peace when his matter with 27 Members of Rivers State House of Assembly was at the embroyic stage?

Where has it been told that a sitting Governor, lost his Party’s structure shamefully and then directs his followers to run elections on a mushroom party?
On the day of the supposed imagery election (which is a charade), where will he vote?
