The Court of Appeal sitting in Abuja will this morning deliver judgement in an appeal filed by Hon. Martin Amaewhule against Rt Hon Victor Oko Jumbo.
Amaewhule is praying the court to set aside the ruling of a state high court which restrained him and his men from parading themselves as Speaker and members of the state assembly.
