The Action Peoples Party (APP), which currently controls 22 out of 23 local government areas in Rivers State, has set its sights on expanding its influence to more states in the 2027 general elections.
This declaration was made during the party’s national convention held yesterday in Abuja, where the party officially adopted the “Big Elephant” as its new logo.
The convention, attended by party stakeholders, was monitored by officials from the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
Addressing attendees, APP National Chairman, Barr. Uche Nnadi, announced the ratification of the new logo, stating that the decision was driven by popular demand.
