The Magnus Abe faction of the All Progressives Congress in Rivers State, has rejected the reconciliation committee set up by Chairman of the party, Chief. Emeka Beke to reconcile all members of the party.
Emeka Beke, had inaugurated a committee headed by Hon. Dawari George to reconcile all members of the party.
Shortly after his inauguration, George promised to be transparent and reconcile all members of the party.
He said the team would adopt all peaceful approach to ensure that the party comes back stronger and better.
However, shortly after the inauguration, a chieftain of the party, Innocent Ajaelo said the committee is biased and will not work.
He noted that the committee would not be transparent as it was not properly constituted.
