The People’s Democratic Party in Rivers State, has reacted to the emergence of a parallel state executive of the All Progressives Congress in the State.
Publicity Secretary of the PDP, Sydney Gbara in a statement yesterday, said the Rivers APC is making a caricature of democracy in the state.
According to him, the crises rocking the party is constituing nuisance in the state and more of an embarrassment to Rivers people.
He stated that the Rivers APC is known as a party unable to resolve its internal crises, making people outside to see Rivers people as being controversial in nature.
He called on leadership of the party to resolve its crises so as to give the PDP a formidable opposition in the state in 2023.
Mr. Gbara also denied reports that the PDP is behind the crises rocking the Rivers APC.
