There seems to be no end in the crises rocking the Rivers State Chapter of the All Progressives Congress as the Ward 2 Executives of the party in PHALGA have suspended factional chairman of the party, Igo Aguma and Worgu Boms from the party.
This is coming hours after Hon. Igo Aguma inaugurated ward and local government executives of the party in the 23 LGAs of the state. This is shortly after the other APC faction led by Abbot Ogbobula had carried out a similar exercise.
Aguma who had earlier frowned at the leadership of the party for recognising, Ogbobula as chairman of the party. He had also accused the Minister of Transportation, Rotimi Amaechi of engineering the crises rocking the party.
Aguma accused some of the leaders of not consulting with all party stakeholders before the move and equally insisted he is the chairman of the party in the state.
Hon. Igo Aguma and Worgu Boms are yet to respond to their suspension from the party by the PHALGA Ward 2 executives.
