The Omiette Eferebo-led faction of the All Progressives Congress in Rivers state, has called on the National Working Committee of the party to dissolve the party in the state.
Spokesperson of the group in a statement Today said a Caretaker Committee should be set up to overseer the affairs of the party.
According to him, the party has not won any election in the state for years and needs help.
