A High Court sitting in Port Harcourt, has reserved judgement on the matter brought before it by some aggrieved members of the All Progressives Congress in Rivers State, against the party and former Caretaker Chairman, Chief Issac Ogbobula till March 31, 2022.

According to reports, Justice C.N WALI who was expected to deliver judgement today, adjourned the matter to the said date.

The adjournment gives way for Rivers APC led by Chief. Emeka Beke to participate in Saturday’s National Convention of the party.

The aggrieved members had dragged the party to court to stop the Chief Emeka Beke-led executives of the APC, from participating in Saturday’s convention, over the conduct of congresses in the State.

The state chapter of the party is yet to react to the court ruling.
