Governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress in the just concluded elections in Rivers State, Tonye Cole has reacted to claims that he did not campaign for President, Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
A chieftain of the party, Tony Okocha had on different occasions accused Cole and Amaechi of working against Tinubu.
Reacting, Tonye Cole in an interview on Nigrinfo this morning described the claims as false.
According to him, he and other members of the party in the state campaigned and worked for the victory of Tinubu.
He also said Amaechi remains the leader of the party in the state followed by him.
Cole, furthermore, said it is dangerous that Rivers state is heading towards a one party state.
