Rivers State Administrator, Vice Admiral (Rtd.) Ibok-Ete Ibas, has praised the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) for its collaboration with the state government on critical infrastructure projects.
Speaking on Friday while receiving the Minister of Regional Development, Engr. Abubakar Momoh, at the Government House, Port Harcourt, Ibas highlighted ongoing works on the Kaa-Ataba Bridge linking Khana and Andoni Local Government Areas, and the Okrika-Borokiri Bridge in Okrika Local Government Area.
The Minister was accompanied by NDDC Managing Director, Dr. Samuel Ogbuku, and senior officials from the ministry and the commission. Ibas described the projects as “economic arteries” vital to connecting communities and improving livelihoods across the state.
