The African Democratic Congress (ADC) in Rivers State has criticised Governor Siminalayi Fubara for defecting to the All Progressives Congress without consulting the people of the state.
In a statement on Tuesday, the party’s spokesperson, Leader Sampson, said the governor’s action shows a lack of seriousness, describing Fubara as “indecisive and inconsistent.”
Sampson added that Nigerians have rejected the APC due to what he called its failed leadership, noting that Fubara’s defection presents Rivers people with an opportunity to align with the ADC instead.
