Seven members of the National Youths Service Corps who were abducted while travelling to Rivers State from Ondo state have been released.
Sources say the abducted Corps members were freed on Sunday evening.
Five out of the 12 corps members abducted eight days ago had escaped leaving seven still in captivity.
The Rivers State Police Command is yet to confirm the release of the corps members. Efforts to reach Police spokesperson have not been successful.
The Police had in a statement said tactical units had been deployed to the forest to ensure their release.
