Governorship candidate of the National Rescue Movement in Rivers State, Amb. Sobomabo Jackrich has raised an alarm over plot by agents of the Rivers State Government to arrest him on trump-up charges
Jacrich who made this known in a statement at the weekend said their intention is to stop him from participating in the March 18th governorship election in the state.
According to him, there have been several plots to arrest him before the polls with this, being the latest.
He called on security agencies to investigate the matter and put an end to what he described as evil, adding that he is innocent as his only crime is vying for the governorship seat.
He called on Rivers people not to be deterred by the antics of the state government and urged them to vote for the party in next saturday’s election for a better Rivers state.
