Governorship candidate of the Social Democratic Party in Rivers State, Sen. Magnus Abe has reacted to the final list of governorship candidates for next year’s election released by INEC yesterday.
Abe, who made the list as the SDP guber candidate in a statement said, “we are on the ballot, we will contest and we will win.”
His statement reads,
We wake up each day with the fruit of our lips, giving thanks to God for His showers of blessings.
We are on the ballot!
We will contest!
AND, We will win!
This is not about an individual, it is about Rivers State; it’s about Our Educational, Health, Science & Technology, Agricultural, Commerce & industrial sectors!
It is about our Social Justice system, Human Capital Development, Equity, Equality & Fairness, etc!
We are confident of the fact that we can redefine governance and build a state so enviable along the subnational ranks, with a competitive GDP with other countries.
It shall be a Victory for all who live and do businesses in Rivers State.
