The Rivers Civil Society Organizations has accused security agents of incessantly and randomly arresting innocent residents of Oyigbo LGA, alleged to be members of IPOB in the area.
Chairman of the group, Enefaa Georgewill made this known in a statement on his social media handle yesterday.
Georgewill equally alleged that three persons were shot dead yesterday by heavily armed security personnel in the area, as he questioned the whereabouts of political leaders of Oyigbo.
“Where Are The Political Leaders In Oyigbo? Innocent People Arrested As IPOB Members & 3 Persons Shot To Death By Security Agents,” he said.
