The Rivers State Civil Society Organization, has reacted to the arrest of some persons at Dunamis church for wearing a shirt with the inscription “Buhari Must Go.”
According to reports, the activists numbering about 10 had attended the church on Sunday with the T-shirt and were immediately arrested by security who handed them over to the Department of State Security, DSS.
Sources say they were beaten and manhandled before been taken away.
Enefaa, in a statement immediately after the incident criticized Pastor of the Church, Paul Enenche for the incident, stating that men of God will not seize to amaze me.
He also accused the cleric of receiving politicians with stolen fund to the front row of his church.
Some stakeholders had also criticized the church for the incident stating that the protesters have every right to protest in whatever way they choose.
