Rhapsody of Realities 19 February 2026: Continual Fellowship With The Spirit
SCRIPTURE: (Romans 8:6) For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.
Oftentimes, people struggle to have true fellowship with the Holy Spirit because they’re constantly living from their minds. They’re children of the flesh, occupied with earthly consciousness, filled with worldly considerations, and driven by natural contemplations.
Yet, the Bible says, “…to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.” If there’s anything that should be constant about you, it’s living in perpetual fellowship with the Holy Spirit, recognising His person, talking with Him, and walking with Him daily.
2 Corinthians 13:14 says, “The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Ghost, be with you all. Amen.” Talk to the Lord always. Don’t pray only when you need something; instead, maintain that ongoing communion of love between your spirit and His.
That fellowship is what He desires. Keep it alive. 1 Corinthians 1:9 says, “God is faithful, by whom ye were called unto the fellowship of his Son Jesus Christ our Lord.” Fellowship is communication, communion, a drinking together.
From Genesis to Revelation, we find that God talks. He spoke creation into being. He talked to Adam, to Noah, to Abraham, to Moses, to the prophets, and through His Son, Jesus Christ. Even today, through His Word and the Holy Spirit, He’s still talking. So, learn to listen and talk back to Him in true fellowship. That’s life in the Spirit. Hallelujah!
PRAYER
Dear Father, thank you for bringing me into divine fellowship with you. I’m conscious of your presence in me and rejoice at the privilege and blessing of communing with you always. Through that fellowship, I’m guided, strengthened, and inspired to live the higher life in Christ and fulfil my purpose, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

1 John 1:3
3 What we have seen and [ourselves] heard, we are also telling you, so that you too may realize and enjoy fellowship as partners and partakers with us. And [this] fellowship that we have [which is a distinguishing mark of Christians] is with the Father and with His Son Jesus Christ (the Messiah).
John 16:13-15
13 But when He, the Spirit of Truth (the Truth-giving Spirit) comes, He will guide you into all the Truth (the whole, full Truth). For He will not speak His own message [on His own authority]; but He will tell whatever He hears [from the Father; He will give the message that has been given to Him], and He will announce and declare to you the things that are to come [that will happen in the future].
14 He will honor and glorify Me, because He will take of (receive, draw upon) what is Mine and will reveal (declare, disclose, transmit) it to you.
15 Everything that the Father has is Mine. That is what I meant when I said that He [the Spirit] will take the things that are Mine and will reveal (declare, disclose, transmit) it to you.
