Reports have emerged on social media suggesting that renowned international evangelist and founder of the Uma Ukpai Evangelistic Association, Rev. Uma Ukpai, has passed away.
The news of his alleged demise began circulating on various platforms on Sunday, sparking widespread reactions among followers and Christian communities across Nigeria and beyond.
Prophet Joel Ogebe, in a cryptic post on X (formerly Twitter), hinted at the development, writing:
“A giant has gone to be with the Lord. My father, my father, the chariot of Israel. Heaven rejoices. Uyo.”
