A legal Practitioner and Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress in Rivers State, Chizi Enyi has called on the national leadership of the party to remove Senator Magnus from all positions in the party, as he is no longer a member.
Enyi, disclosed this in a letter addressed to James Akpan Udo-Edehe, National Chairman Caretaker Committee/Extraordinary Convention Planning Committee.
He said Abe was no longer qualified for party positions, as he failed to revalidate his membership, and also went to court to stop the exercise in the state.
Enyi, stated that it was shocking and disheartening to note that the former Senator, who is conspiring against the party and its leadership is getting important party positions.
He said Abe and some of his cohorts have been inciting their followers to disobey all directives of the party, and that acknowledging them portends great danger for the APC.
Enyi noted that if Abe is not removed, it would set bad precedent that people can fight the party and get away with it.
He also said the development is an acid test for the Chairman’s ability to pilot the affairs of the party without fear or favour.
