Collection of forms and registration for the 774,000 Federal Government Three Months Special Public Works Programme has started Today, August 11 2020, in Rivers State.
Innocent Barikor, Chairman of the State Committee of the Programme disclosed this in a chat with news correspondents yesterday in Port Harcourt.
Barikor had last week revealed that the process would commence this week. He noted that successful applicants shall earn the sum of N20,000 per month, starting from October to December.
“We have demystified the process of transmitting the forms to ensure that they are made available because of the category of people we are dealing with.”
“These are poor people that lack access to information, so we have agreed that even if they see the form from a friend, they can photocopy, fill and submit.”
“The most important thing is their information that we need, not the original copy of the form; this is to make the process easy for collection and submission,” he said.
“All forms should be completed and returned through the same means of collection between 10th and 24th August 2020,” he said.
