The Nigerian Medical Association in Rivers State has urged the Rivers State University Teaching Hospital and the Rivers State Health Management Board to target areas of critical deficiencies during recruitment.
According to NigrInfo the recommendation follows the recent approval by Governor Siminalayi Fubara for the immediate employment of 500 staff in the state health sector.
NMA State Chairman, Robison Ebbi, commended the governor’s decision, expressing confidence that it will alleviate the workload pressure on healthcare professionals.
