Popular content creator Carter Efe has revealed that fellow skit maker Sidney Talker influenced his decision to stop going to church.
Speaking during a recent episode of The Honest Bunch Podcast, the streamer disclosed that he was once a regular church attendee and had looked up to Sidney as a devoted Christian.
However, he said advice he received from the skit maker contradicted his expectations.
Carter Efe stated that Sidney advised him to quit streaming and to disengage his streaming partner, Kolu, with a payment of one million naira. He described the suggestion as malicious, adding that it reshaped his perception of Christians and frequent churchgoers.
“I used to go to church, but I stopped because I noticed that a lot of churchgoers are very malicious. For example, Sidney Talker goes to church consistently, yet he advised me to quit streaming. I see that as malicious advice,” he said.
