Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has disclosed the reasons behind the club’s decision to sign Swedish striker Viktor Gyökeres.
Speaking shortly after the player’s official unveiling on Saturday, Arteta described the new signing as a consistent performer with a strong track record of availability and goal contributions.
“We’re absolutely delighted to welcome Viktor Gyökeres to the club,” Arteta said. “He’s quick, powerful, and has produced exceptional goalscoring numbers both for club and country. His intelligent movement in the box and clinical finishing make him a constant threat.”
