Chairman of the Rivers State Civil Society Organization, Enefaa Georgewill has called on the current administration in the state to react to issues of unemployment published by the National Bureau of Statistics.

Enefaa, made the call in a chat with journalists in Port Harcourt on Tuesday.

The NBS had listed Rivers State as the state with the highest rate of unemployment in the country.

The RIVCSO Boss, also called on the state House of Assembly to invite the governor to explain the deplorable state of primary and secondary schools in the state.

He said the call became necessary due to the alleged infrastructural decay in educational facilities in some parts of the state.

Enefaa, had in a statement taken a swipe at the Assembly for not checkmating and engaging the governor on what he described as the high rate of unemployment and insecurity in the state.
