Miss Seyitan Babatayo, the lady who accused Pop Singer Dbanj of raping her in 2018 has said that she decided to speak up due to his “hypocrisy” after he had gone online to post the caption “say no to rape”.
The lady who in her recent statement claimed that the singer arrested and intimidated her after she exposed him, insisted that she was “violated and raped” by D’banj in 2018.
Seyitan who noted that she was not attended to when she had gone to report the matter to the Police at the Bar Beach police station in Victoria Island, confirmed that the singer had boasted that he can “buy off anyone within the justice system in Lagos.
The lady went on to thank well-meaning Nigerians for their support since she came out with the claims, stating that she didn’t come out for financial gains as all she is asking for, is an apology from D’banj.
