Protesters have blocked both lanes of the Federal Government Secretariat axis of the ever-busy ABA Road in Port Harcourt.
The protesters could be heard chanting “Hungry Dey” as security agencies are asking them to leave the road.
The incident has grounded vehicular movement in the area as motorists are unable to drive through the road.
