As part of efforts to deepen the roots of democracy and, in line with its mandate as the watchdog of the society, the Rivers State Council of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) is organising debate among top six governoship candidates in Rivers State.
The top six candidates shall be determined by Rivers people, who will nominate their preferred Governorship candidates after which a collation shall be done to determine the desired numbers.
The selection process shall be done in line with the best practices.
