Leaders, stakeholders, and members of the PHALGA chapter of the Grassroots Development Initiative have declared unwavering support for Rivers State Governor, Sir Siminalayi Fubara.
During their meeting on September 12, 2023, Coordinator Hon. Kinikanwo Amadi expressed confidence in Governor Fubara’s capabilities, citing successful collaborative efforts during the election “Despite distractions, GDI Phalga resolved to stand by the Governor, recognizing his positive impact on Port Harcourt City Local Government and beyond”.
Hon. Charles Orlu, a pioneer stakeholder of GDI praised the group’s support for Governor Fubara, eulogising his simplicity and youth-friendly leadership style.
Grassroots Development Initiative was created in 2012 with the immediate past Governor of Rivers state Chief Nyesom WIKE as patron.
