… Postpones State SDP Meeting In His Honour.
Governorship candidate of the Social Democratic Party ( SDP) in the 2023 general elections in Rivers state, Senator Magnus Ngei Abe has described the sudden demise of Kinika Tobins, chairman of the party in ward 15, PortHarcourt city local government area (PHALGA) as shocking and heartbreaking.
Abe, in a statement signed by his spokesperson, Parry Saroh Benson on Sunday said Kinaka Tobins was a grassroot mobilizer whose contributions towards building a formidable party at the ward and local government level will continuously be remembered.
He condoled the family on behalf of the party in the state and prayed that God will grant them the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
The SDP standard bearer further stated that as a mark of respect in honour of Kinaka Tobins, a meeting with all the ward chairmen in the state earlier scheduled to hold on Monday December 12th December 2022 has been postponed.
Abe added that a new date of the meeting shall be communicated later.
