President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to restoring security across Nigeria, pledging firm action against criminal activities nationwide.
Speaking through his Special Adviser on Policy Communications, Daniel Bwala, during a meeting with the Charismatic Bishops Conference of Nigeria at the State House on Friday, Tinubu emphasized that insecurity poses a threat to all Nigerians, irrespective of ethnicity or religion.
“Our security forces have received fresh marching orders to deal ruthlessly with all criminal elements threatening the peace and unity of our nation,” Bwala stated.
The President said efforts are ongoing in collaboration with state governors to address the root causes of insecurity and ensure that all citizens can live and thrive without fear.
He also called for national unity in confronting violence and criminality, urging Nigerians to rise above tribal and religious divides to condemn evil collectively.
