The Port Harcourt Electricity Distribution Company, PHED, says the reason behind power outage in Port Harcourt Towns and Calabar transmission stations is as a result of an explosion at its afam station.
The company disclosed this in a statement on Monday.
It stated that power will be restored as soon as the issue is resolved.
