A popular Port Harcourt socialite, Fregene Akpan has been reportedly shot dead by unknown gunmen at the Rumukalagbor axis of Port Harcourt.
Sources say, Fregene who hails from Akwa Ibom was shot twice on the neck on his way home after watching a football game and unknown to him, he was being followed by the gunmen.
The Police is yet to react to the incident.
