Police operatives have reportedly shot dead a father of two identified as Livingston Igbulaka in Ahoada West local government area of Rivers State.
Human Rights Activist, Henry Ekine who made this known in a statement said the incident happened on Dec. 25th 2023.
According to him the 32-year-old was shot and taken away by the officers who rode in a white vehicle.
He said efforts to recover the man’s body have proved abortive as the Akinima Police Division is yet to heed to their request.
He called on the Inspector General of Police to intervene in the matter, adding that the matter will not be swept under the carpet.
