Despite the incessant grid collapse, the Federal Government says plans are underway to ensure 20 hours of daily electricity supply by 2027.
State House Director of Information and Publicity, Abiodun Oladunjoye said, Olu Verheijen – Special Adviser to the President on Energy, disclosed this at the Energy Week in Cape Town, South Africa, on Thursday.
She said by 2027 the nation aims to ensure 20 hours of electricity supply.
“By 2027, Nigeria aims to ensure 20 hours of electricity daily for consumers in urban areas and industrial hubs,” she stated.
