The Rivers state government says plans are underway to bring back the monthly environmental sanitation exercise.
Special Adviser on Environmental Sanitation to Gov. Sim Fubara, Prince Ohia disclosed this in a statement Today.
He also said that the state government has ordered the clearing of creeks across the state, and that the government will come up with models that will aid the proper disposal of waste.
He added that these new models will generate revenue for the state and bring about employment opportunities for youths in the state.
