Some youths from Etche Local Government Area in Rivers State are currently expressing outrage regarding the state of roads in the area.
Using their social media handles, the said youths have posted pictures of the said roads in the local government area which is popularly regarded as the Food Basket of the state.
The youths are also on the verge of carrying out a massive protest to further express their disappointment.
Regarding the protests, some of the youths have stated that some of the roads are federal government projects. They have also advised that rather than block access roads to the LGA, the youths should consider approaching the state government, the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) and the Federal Roads Maintenance Agency (FERMA).
