The Port Harcourt Electricity Distribution Company (PHED) has launched a 24hr call center in Port Harcourt to attend to complaints of its customers.
General Manager, Services, Ojuko Amah who represented the CEO of the company, Henry Ajagbawa during the launch said, customers will no longer need to be at their office physically to make complaints.
She said they can now sit in the comfort of their homes and call, for issues to be resolved, as the staff will be available 24hrs with call logs and ticket IDs.
