Barr. Mrs Blessing Chigeru Amadi of the People’s Democratic Party has been declared winner of the Federal House Of Representatives, Port Harcourt Federal Constituency 2 supplementary election held yesterday.
Blessing was announced winner of the election by the returning officer after scoring the highest number of votes.
Blessing was the only major contender in the elction which witnessed low turnout after the APC and LP boycotted the process.
We learnt that some polling units recorded as low as 3 votes.
