The Rivers State Government says the Port Harcourt ring road project will be completed in 36 months.
Commissioner for works, Dax George-Kelly gave insight to the project during a Public Hearing held by the state Assembly on the N200bn supplementary budget for construction of the road project.
Kelly also revealed that the road which will commence from the UTC will cut across several Local Government Areas.
