Residents of Eiozu in Port Harcourt, have called on relevant government agencies to evacuate the corpse of a suspected mad man close to the Obi Wali Cultural Center.
They said the corpse has been there since morning as they suspect that the man died last night.
They also said people have been avoiding the area due to the health risk involved.
