The Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, NNPCL, says by mid-2025 the Port Harcourt Refinery complex will come on stream.
Group Chief Executive Officer of the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL) Mele Kyari made this known in a statement at the Refinery on Tuesday.
According to him, the major challenge that plagued the timely resuscitation of the complex was ensuring a complete overhaul of the machines which are brand new.
