Rivers State Governor, Siminalayi Fubara says the State is not ready to deplore financial resources in the Port Harcourt Monorail project.
Speaking, when he hosted a delegation of Nigerian Guild of Editors (NGE) at the Banquet Hall of Government House in Port Harcourt on Sunday, the governor said his administration will welcome investors that want to invest in the Port Harcourt Monorail Project to completion stage.
However, he maintained that such investor should not expect any major financial involvement from the State government because it does not have such financial muscles.
