The Former Mayor of Port Harcourt City Local Government Area, Hon. Allwell Ihunda was allegedly chased away from the council secretariat this morning by youths.
In a viral video, the former Mayor was seen scampering for safety with his security aides, after youths sighted him and ran after him.
Recall that the state governor in a statewide broadcast Today, directed heads of local government administration to take charge of their respective councils.
