The Petroleum and Natural Gas Senior Staff Association of Nigeria (PENGASSAN) has asked its members to join the 28th September 2020 industrial action by the two Labour Centres in Nigeria, Trade Union Congress (TUC) and Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC).
In a circular to its branch chairmen/secretaries, PENGASSAN stated that as the TUC and NLC “has resolved to commence a National Industrial Action over increase in Fuel and Electricity Tariff effective Monday 28th September, 2020.
“To this effect, you are advised to mobilise our members to participate in the planned Industrial Action, while awaiting further directives”.
