Chairperson of the International Federation of Women Lawyers in Rivers State, Adata Bio-Briggs has warned parents/guardians to keep their children/wards safe as pedophiles are on the prowl.
Adata in a statement yesterday, called on parents to always endeavor to leave their children with trusted persons that cannot defile them.
The FIDA boss noted that she has been having nightmares over a video of a baby that was defiled by an adult.
“Please keep your children safe, pedophiles are on the prowl, video sent to me on a baby defiled by an adult is giving me plenty nightmare,” she said.
For babies that can’t talk yet, please keep them with you or with a trusted person that you are sure cannot defile the child. Good morning and have a blessed month. Let’s have a violence free month in Jesus name,” she added.
